DAR ES SALAAM, October 6, 2009 - Miriam Gerald; 21, 1.73 m from Mwanza, was crowned Vodacom Miss Tanzania 2009 in Dar es Salaam. She will represent Tanzania in Miss World 2009 in Johannesburg, South Africa on December 12. First runner-up is Beatrice Lukindo and second runner-up is Julieth William.
