The 2009 Miss Chinese Vancouver came to a conclusion on Friday, Dec. 4, 2009. This year's pageant was held at the River Rock Show Theatre. The winner was 25 year-old Eliza Sam who also won the Miss Photogenic and Miss Popularity awards. Eliza is a university student and stands 5'4" tall. She will represent Vancouver at the upcoming 2010 Miss Chinese International pageant. The 1st runner-up was Carat Cheung (21, 5'4") and 2nd runner-up went to Pacifica Grace Chen (20, 5'7").
