Jurema Ferraz, Miss Namibe 2010, won the Miss Angola 2010 title. She will represent Angola in Miss Universe 2010.

The 1st runner-up, Ivanita Jones (Miss Zaire), will go to Miss World 2010, in Vietnam.

The 2nd runner-up was Helena Jacinto (Luanda Sur).
